H110 motherboards typically top out at either 2133 or 2400, so you won't be able to achieve 3600.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

ok so Im all good I can just plug in and play

It might also not be compatible, since the qualified vendor list for your board would certainly not have tested many high speed memory kits, and none that are nearly that high. Since it's newer, there's a chance it just won't boot.

Yes. The memory will post at the motherboard selected default Jedec profile, likely 2133.

The sticks you run now sound like the xmp and Jedec are the same thing therefor the board posts 2400 instead of 2133.... If that makes sense

Take heed to @Fasauceome advice as well however. Be sure to retain the option to return and exchange the memory from wherever you purchase from. ;)
