@5:49 (9600k) When the benchmarks are run @1080p the games run at a higher fps (100-130) but they stutter(frametime went to 25 ms once) more but when they run @4k (70fps) the frametimes are consistent?

I am so confused I know that the author is saying the game becomes gpu dependent at higher resolutions. But what causes the stutter at lower resolutions? Its the same cpu/gpu.

How will there be a point where the frame time will drop even below the 4k frametime.

So if the framerate was locked to lets say 60 fps will it still stutter?

cuz then theres lower load on CPU on higher resolution, you become more GPU dependant, and deviations are way less, 5-15fps, while on 1080p deviation can be as high as 30-60fps, you could basicly run ryzen 1300x and rtx 2080ti at 4k and CPU wouldnt be much of an issue, when going lower resolution CPU has to work harder cuz there are more frames to proccess

So if the fps is locked to a lower number the issue is solved?
