multiple audio issues...any help?...

Hi guys, I have just a few odd issues and I need help.

 

1. Youtube doesn't have any audio for me upon first opening a video. However, when I refresh the video the audio comes back. 

2. When the audio DOES come back, it slowly begins to drift and go off-sync. 

3. My audio drivers are up to date and my Nvidia drivers are also up to date so I don't know what is going on. 

4. Yes I have reset my computer a few times but nothing has seemed to fix my issue. 

 

Anyone got any clues?...
