I'm currently running a Fractal Meshify C with a MSI Tomahawk B450 and Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super.  I switched over from a tower cooler to an EVGA CLC 280 and things are pretty tight with the AIO and GPU.  I like the airflow and looks of the Meshify C, but I just wish it were about 10% more interior space???  I haven't really seen any issues with the setup.  Running the two 140s in a pull config and 3 Noctua 120s exhaust(2 top, 1 rear).  My idle temps dropped from 40C to 28C and under load I haven't got above 58C.  No overclock on my 3600 as of current.  Honestly, I didn't see any improvement on a 4.2GHz all core clock under air vs running PBO.  It may not even be an issue to run it as is currently, but I'm kinda limited on desk space at the moment and don't really want to upsize my case.  Should I be worried about it?  Pics to follow.
