Hi guys, i'm new here.

First of all let me post my PC spec first:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x

Mobo: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master

RAM: GSkill TridentZ RGB 16GB (8GB x 2) DDR4 3000Mhz

GPU: Asus Strix ROG RX5700XT

SSD: Crucial MX500

NVME: ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro

PSU: FSP Hydro GE 650W 80+ Gold

So here is my problem, I been using this PC since last year October everything run smoothly and no major issue like black screen, freezing, BSOD. Everything was fine until yesterday, when switch on my PC BSOD suddenly came out. So when I successful load into windows, the first thing I try is open up Prime95 and select Small FTTs test, straight away 2 workers failure. Same goes to blend test.

So I suspect something wrong with my RAM, so I run MemTest when I was sleeping. Next day wake up, the result show everything was fine, nothing failure.

Before I reset BIOS my PC still running on XMP profile.

So I proceed to reset BIOS, update all driver to latest, update windows 10 to latest update and run Prime95 Small FTTs and AIDA64 test, for Prime95 the result is same failure from the same workers. AIDA64 been running 30 minutes without any problem

Remarks:

I never overclock my CPU before, I set XMP profile for my RAM and adjust fan curve only.

Sorry for my English.

Thank you

Check to make sure your XMP profile is Actually good. My Ram can boot into windows rarely at 3400 mhz play and do everything fine, but once i restart the computer it fails to boot everytime and gives BSOD's. Also A common issue on X570 aorus master boards is after a bios change i reccomend you go back into bios and turn off the computer, then start into windows. Ive had it almost corrupt the bootloader for windows.

After I reset BIOS (everything defaults I didn't enable or disable anything), Prime95 Small FTTs test still the same 2 workers failure from the same core. :(

So it's probably a driver issue or a peripheral issue.  Try updating all of your drivers and firmware.  Run windows update.

If that doesn't fix it, try unplugging things one by one until it stops.

If you get any other BSOD codes, post them here.  They can really help narrow down the source.
