Start by telling which game it is and where are you running it from, and on which distribution,  and do you actually have any problems with the game - and if you do have problems, what are the problems.

 

Are you running it via Steam? Steam bundles it's own versions of many libraries needed by games, it essentially has it's own library environment. However, it seems some porters don't update native Linux ports as often as they should, or sometimes the games are just looking in the wrong place...

 

However, if the game (and sound) is working just fine, you can ignore that error message.
