Cant access BIOS

for the last few months i have tried everything i can think of or find to enter the bios on my motherboard, but i cant access it. i have a msi Z170A gmaing M5 motherboard and it says i need to press delete to set up bios or press F11 to enter boot menu, but none of it works.

can anyone help me out please

Are you pressing the key fast enough? Does your keyboard light up to verify that it is actually connected? You could also restart into the UEFI from Windows by following the steps in this article:
