Budget (including currency): ~2000€ + ~200€ for every month of waiting for better hardware

Country: Poland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: My new rig will be used primarily for gaming (single player games & sometimes multiplayer games) with wide spectrum of requirements (RDR2, Factorio, KF2, Terraria, KSP, Mount & Blade II, Tyranny, CK II, HoMM3) and secondarly as workstation for programmer.

Peripherals I have everything I need.

 

My main goal is to create rig that will last about 4 years (i will be able to play games released in that period of time on at least medium/high details) and will handle VR games (when I decide to but VR set :) ) - I only plan to play on Full HD/60Hz.

What do you think? Anything should be changed? Also should i wait for Ryzen 4000 series and/or RTX 3000 series?

I cant get Polish pricing, so you'll probably have a better idea, however I think you should be able to comfortably fit in a 2080 super for 2000 euros.
