Random Freezing. Help Appreciated

I've been having issues with my PC. It started happening about 1-2 months ago. My screen will freeze for 3-5 seconds watching YouTube, in game, or just doing anything. It is unlikely but seems to happen more when gaming. I've tried a majority of different options.BIOS is also up to date.drivers are up to date and my system is cooled properly. around 40-50 idle both CPU and GPU. Under load is around 60 on CPU and 70 on GPU. I have a 7700k at 4.8GHz and GTX 1060 GPU not overclocked at all. Only major thing I can think of is power but I have a 750W PSU. Any help would be appreciated
