PC restarting when 2nd monitor is plugged in

So i wanted to use 2 monitors (they are older ones so i use HDMI to VGA converter), basically PC starts and runs for like 1-2 minutes or something like that on idle and then restarts. On 1 monitor it works normally without any problem.

 

PC specs:
RX 580 nitro+ 8gb
Ryzen 5 1600 af
motherboard asus a320m-k

ram 2x8gb (default speed)

PSU: corsair hx750 gold 80 plus

 

Tried GPU driver reinstalling it didn't work, so does anyone have advice or fix for this or know what's the problem here?
