Blinking White LED

Hello everyone so I'm new here and wasn't 100% sure where to place this. 
PC Specs: 

R7 3800X CPU 

gigabyte 5700XT OC 

32 GB DDR4 ram at 3200hz 

Corsair RM 650X PSU 

I have finish a new PC build and all seem well till recently it has been shutting down randomly while gaming, when this does happen i notice a blinking white LED above my power port on the card. 

When the PC does shut down I immediately lose all video signal and the RGB i have go to there hardware settings (using Corsair ICUE). 

I don't think its temperature related cause i never see the CPU reach over 75-78C. I also have 4 fans for intake 2 120's and 2 140's with a i115 AIO for the CPU. 
This only happens when I have been playing COD for about an hour or so, but nothing when running benchmark things such as 3d mark or even when i spend hours using soildworks.
