Bootcamp help!

I am trying to install windows 10non my 2013 13" macbook pro running ios X 10.10. After finally being able to create an external boot drive on a USB with all applicable windows updates through bootcamp, when it reboots to install, all I get is a black screen with a blinking underscore and then nothing. Help me!
