Linus's pc: peripherals

So you might have seen linus's server wrack in on of his videos. His pc is there in that server wrack. I was wondering how he is able to use his keyboard and mouse from his desk since his pc is in the server wrack. Does he use a really long usb extension cable with a hub on the the end? If not how would you do this.

I believe he runs an Optical Thunderbolt 3 cable through the wall from where the rack (not wrack) mounted computers are, then connects the other end to Elgato Hubs that have outputs for his mouse, keyboard, monitor, and speakers.
