Ryzen potential bottleneck

Does my ryzen 1700x at stock clock speeds bottleneck my rx 590? I am trying to get 144fps on league of legends and valorant, but cant seem to get over 120, and its not even stable. How can I increase my fps, any advice?

Assuming you're not running V-sync and you have a 144Hz display, get a better GPU for Valorant. For LoL - that's just a busted RIOT game. The 1700X won't bottleneck even a 2070 Super/5700 XT

I think I should be able to get 144fps on valorant, atleast on low settings. I lower my settings and the fps doesn't change.

Is your BIOS/Chipset driver/GPU driver updated? Is your RAM in dual-channel at rated speeds? (aka DOCP/XMP is enabled?)

I will check for updates now. My ram is 2x8 in dual channel at 3200mhz, and yes xmp is enabled.
