Caps Lock Notification

Hi there ppls. So a few months ago, I reset my Lenovo Flex-5 windows 10 64 bit laptop because it was working really slow. So after that, my laptop started working ok (still not fast enough) but these super annoying 'pop-ups' sort of thing started coming up. I tried getting help at the microsoft help forums, but nothing worked. i figured id come here. the problem is basically that theres these super annoying notifications that come up whenever i press caps, mic on/off and camera on/off. it doesnt really matter for the second 2 because i dont really use them a lot, but for caps, its really annoying whenever i am playing a game/ writing a document for schoolwork, i cant click on the area around it.

This happens whenever i press the caps lock button.
