It'll be great if you could just record to a seperate drive, than the one your game is running from.

But there will still be a impact on performance, but it'll feel less choppy.

You can try to record with Dxtory.

You will always get a performance hit when recording gameplay. Try downloading GeForce Experience and use Shadowplay - it currently has the least impact on game performance out of any of the existing recording options and is supported on the latest Nvidia GPUs (you seem to have a 750m which should be compatible if I recall).

EDIT: The performance hit is related to the encoding of the video, not the act of writing the video to your storage - something you should do to an external or internal HDD since they will be large files

Back when I used fraps to record, recording to my old Samsung Spinpoint 3 resulted in lots of delay and a drop in FPS. Other programs don't seem to have this problem and so far Shadowplay's effect on gameplay is not noticeable.

FPS drops are to be expected when recording, even if its on a SSD. The real deciding factor in the amount of FPS you'll lose depends on the software you're using. Programs that use your CPU (Ex. Fraps) to record tend to cause larger FPS drops than those that use other hardware such as your GPU (Shadowplay).

Every topic I post in dies.

Recording with Fraps on the SSD had no problem though, besides the fact that free space disappears in a heartbeat

I record With fraps in a laptop, when i tried dxtory, the Video had 2-20fps although i have set it to 30fps

And i think i have one of the best laptop CPUs

You should try OBS or MSI Afterburner. Those work well with lower end gear.
