Google Now Voice Command Restricted?

Hey guys! I own a Nexus 5 and im really happy with it :). But I was wondering if the other Google Now commands are locked if you are outside US or something? Like the "I want to listen to..." phrase and the "What's this song..." Also,the google now easter egg: "Ok,Jarvis" and "Ok,Glass" doesn't work with my Nexus 5. Oh! And the new update that lets you say "Call mom/dad/brother/etc..." doesn't work too :(. Can anybody shed some light? :)

Might need to have it on US English, but it should not limit based on location surely

I have a nexus 4 with the GEL launcher and it works fine for me im on US English but UK layout and spelling

I think it is location based, i have my phone in english (us) and it does not work with some commands, also the what is this song command only works with google play music, only in the US.

How about the "Call my mom/dad/uncle/brother/etc..." feature? Does it work on yours? The "Ok Jarvis" hotword doesn't work on mine anymore :(
