gpu / cpu,mb,ram upgrade

ok, its the last question since ive been posting and researching way too much in the past 2.5 weeks

this is my rig right now:

i5 3550 3.9GHz with the h100x (will be used with the next cpu)

z77x d3h rev 1.1

corsair vengeance 16gb (2x8gb) 1600mhz

leadtek gtx 650 hurricane 2gb 
should i (FOR NOW - 2/3 months) get a new strong gpu (2060s/2070s/2080(not super)) and wait for ryzen 4000 series or should i buy a 10900k now and wait for the 3000 series from nvidia (if rumors are true then ill maybe go for a 3060/3070)

if i am going cpu first it means a 10900k, z490 gaming x and vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) 3600Mhz cl18) but ill have to game on the UHD 630/ GTX 650 for around 2 months....(csgo, gat v, valorant and the new upcoming anarea battle royale)

may be a dumb question but i really dont know what to do

Get a good enough CPU that's much less costly (say 3700x) today and wait for 3000 series, get a high end one like the 3080. Or even just wait till both GPU and next gen CPUs are available as the new CPU wont have anything to do in games with a GTX 650.

I dont know what this board is made of, what I do know is you should not buy low end boards for flagship CPUs.

whats wrong with it?

its reaonably price in my country and all of the other boards are hella expensive

A low end Z490 won't be enough to run the 10900K. Just wait for now.

Because it's underbuilt and equivalent to higher end B450 boards and nowhere near what you actually need to power a 300W i9?

low end boards have weak power delivery. Imagine trying to make a child's heart power 300lb body builder

OK, thanks for letting me know guys i really didnt know it was that low end

i think ill just go for a high end 2060s/2070s (since they will hold for a good 3/4 year period) for now and wait the 4000 series because i get really low fps even on low quality in games and ill buy a 10900k/ryzen 4000 series in a few months when new motherboards will come out to drop the prices a bit

I mean, Z490 prices won't drop. But the upcoming 4700X is apparently going to be a killer value so I'd wait for that mostly. Pair with a decent B550 board and you can end up with 10900K performance for half the price.
