Budget (including currency): 50000INR

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fortnite

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): This is my first build, can anyone please recommend me which parts should I go with.

Thanks in advance.

India has PCpartPicker.com but I’ve seen locals say the choices available are sub optimal.
It also doesn’t have b550 on it yet either and having looked at the b550 block diagram recently I think it’s potentially more useful than b450

Do you have a monitor you want to use already?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Ok. 144hz x 1080p is sort of a favorite for esports players.  So a monitor of that sort. A 2k video card, a high single core cpu, some memory, a bit of storage, peripherals, you’ll probably want a headset.  I know nothing about headset quality.

144hz x 1080p monitors are about twice what the cheapest monitors are. I think an Nvidia 1650S would be enough.  Not sure.  A squished more than a 580. 5500xt maybe?  AMD 3100 or 3300 or 3600 if there’s enough money.  Kinda doubt it but one never knows.  I don’t know what an appropriate intel option would be.

AMD likes fast memory.  3000mhz minimum.  More is better up to 3733mhz whereupon it gets worse instantly.  3800mhz is slower than 2600mhz on ryzen. Could maybe get away with 8gb but 16 would be much better.

Which motherboard should I go with for amd ryzen 5 or 3 3rd gen processor

There is b450, b550, and x570.  B550 is the most promising but it’s not out yet.  If buying now now a b450 with a 32MB bios chip if possible, mostly because budget.
