My PC is giving me HUGE latency issues while playing movies and games

While playing any game or movie, my frames gets freezes for while with creepy audio freeze. I'm unable to solve the problem. i followed many youtube tuts by putting registry for HIPM/DIPM AHCI Link power management and making it active. still it doesn't work. Please help. This issue occurs every 45min to 1.30hr. Thank you in advance.

sounds like a hardware issue? something to do with GPU or related driver issues, try reverting back to an old stable version of your GPU driver see if that helps ,  also see if the temps are stable or spike during these buffering time.

Already tried that but doesn't work

Asus h310m-e r2.0 Motherboard

Intel i5 9400F

NVIDIA GTX 1660 6GB GDDR5

256GB M.2 SSD (Windows 10 + Ubuntu OS installed in it) + 1TB Baracud HDD(for data storage)

8GB DDR4 Corsair vengeance

Temp are stable. is this is an M.2 ssd issue.

could be , stuttering is usually around memory or GPU hardware issue.
