Steaming/gaming pc

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Osb, cod modern warfare 

Other details Can anyone help me out. I’ve currently got gaming pc that I would like to stream on. I’m running an i7 4790k and a gtx 1660ti xc with a 8gs of 1333 ram. My board doesn’t support anything higher that 1400 on the ram speeds. I don’t have a ton of money to throw into the build. I can run cod on it with pretty decent frames as I’ve over clocked the 1660 a little bit. I’ve read that Ryazan is the better choice for streaming but I’m not exactly sure what to do from this point
