Budget (including currency): around $2400-2500AUD (as cheap as possible lol, but willing to spend a little extra if better)

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mainly gaming (warzone, tarkov, cod 2020, BF4, valorant, csgo, league, mc, cyberpunk etc) and on a rare occasion video editing

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

This is my first PC I've built. Upgrading from a laptop (I know, I know). Planning on buying in June sales in AU, but may wait for new AMD CPUs (not waiting for new NVIDIA cards too expensive lol). Using 2 monitors - both 1080p one is 144hz one is 75hz.

I am not too sure about the motherboard, I plan on doing a moderate overclock (nothing too crazy). Also plan on using stock prism cooler (seems decent but I may be wrong).

I know that's alot to read so anyone who helps thank you very much! Any tips very appreciated!
