Hello 

 

my motherboard when the PC turned off, the led stayed on and it takes a while that it no longer does, why can it be?

I have them activated in bios
 

z390 designare

You can change motherboard LED behavior in the bios. It can be either on or off when the computer is turned off.

but in bios I have it activated and it does not turn on when it is off

but when I disconnect the PC from the electricity and I give it power if it stays on, but when I turn it off normal it never stays
