Windows 10 does not see driver

I have a new computer built that posts and goes through the install procedure. When I get to the part that asks which version of Windows 10 I would like to install i picked the basic one. The next page says what driver do you want to install and it does not detect the usb Media instal tool that i created on the usb.

Hi, does the BIOS detect the other drive that you have plugged in? if so, could you please take a picture
