Try any other benchmark.

 

Userbenchmark is absolute garbage and should be disregarded in any sense or form. They have a massive bias towards intel chips.

 

I'm sure your system is fine.

 

Regards to your ram: enable XMP

Try specialized benchmarks like Crystal Disk for SSD and Cinebench for CPU, compare your results with other users and see if its still underperforming
