What is the specific currency US dollars, Canadian Dollars, British Pounds?

Also is battery life important to you?

Just to let you know, you'd be far better off getting pc when it comes to performance and a laptop around 650 is not going to last more than 1 year playing the latest AAA titles if at all.

Usd sorry and battery life is pretty important and I don’t think I’ll be playing the latest triple A games

There's about 2 laptops that I found that kind of fit the criteria.

https://www.amazon.com/MSI-9SCX-005-Gaming-i5-9300H-GTX1650/dp/B0843JCV17/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=gtx%2B1650%2Blaptop&qid=1589853420&rnid=2941120011&s=pc&sr=1-2&th=1

https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Nitro-i5-9300H-Windows-Renewed/dp/B07VZXHF3D/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=gtx+1650+laptop&qid=1589853330&sr=8-2

However they're about around 50$ but they do offer very good performance.

The MSI one I consider to be the most suitable for you at 719$ since not only is it brand new while the acer nitro 5 is renewed, it also features a decent battery life of up to 7 hours however in actual use it probably is more like 5-6 (that is doing casual browsing not gaming), it has a better design in my opinion, it has a 256GB ssd which is much better than the 128GB one in the acer, it also features 3 heat pipes while the dell only has 2 which could mean that the MSI one could offer bettter performance.

The 1650 should provide a great gaming experience and do decently even in the latest AAA titles. In GTA V you should expect around 50fps at very high settings

I do really like the msi one, however it’s pretty expensive for me, is there one with maybe a little lower specs like that?

There is this one, though I do not highly recommend it since it is quite a down grade from the i5 9300H down to an i5 7300HQ and also going from a gtx 1650 to a gtx 1050 ti and the laptop is renewed or refurbished and the reviews aren't exactly great.

I'd suggest waiting a little longer and getting a bit more cash to get the MSI laptop since it makes such a big difference in performance it'll be worth paying the extra 50$
