Hi

I’m here to speech about an annoying problem with my keyboard an mouse. I’ve got a Logitech G613 and a G603 bought in December 2019.

This is my first experience with a wireless peripherals (before i used a Logi G9 and G105) after 4 months I’m so bored and sick because I’ve tried everything I know about my knowledge.

Speaking about sickness my “gaming” keyboard G613 randomly disconnect from pc, I know that because the lightspeed indicator on the keyboard is light on for a short time. This problem is really awful because when I’m playing fps, like cod, apex etc., my pg stucking.

In first two month, maybe I didn’t notice this problem, or maybe didn’t appear.

I’ve tried everything I know.

Uninstall G Hub.

Delete Logi file in AppData.

Update Receiver with tool on Logi site

Uninstall USB driver and Logitech Virtual Keyboard on device manager

Reinstall old version of G Hub

Update chipset ASUS Strix-F X470 driver, update AsMedia USB 3.1 Gen2 controller driver.

Unset all “allow computer to turn off this device to save power” USB controller and device in device manager

Try to set the receiver on chipset x470 USB then to AsMedia USB (on Strix are the red one in back panel)

Contact Logitech to clarify, with poor result. They said I assume to change the keyboard because the warranty is 2y so I contact amazon for the change.

After 1 week, and a new keyboard… the problem is here.

Have you tried using a different USB port? Are you able to try the peripherals on a different computer/device?

Have you tried moving the receiver closer? If it is too far away or the connection is obstructed by something, it could cause the problem you have.

Mouse and keyboard are close to pc, they are under 2 meters without obstacle.
