Random Quistion

I am a total noob when it comes to building a computer, I am however looking to build a desktop pc...

 

I have some questions but first let me state the purpose: priority number One is I want a Plex server and plan to buy a Quadro P2200 for the encoding... Second, I mainly use MBP as my laptop but like to be able to remotely have a Windows System available to troubleshoot and game so I want GTX1650ti so I can use Parsec to remotely access the computer... I plan to use Unraid because I like that I can add drives and different sized drives as I see fit... a majority of this I have seen Linus do to some degree...

 

Question does PCIE lanes matter sense I am going to be using to GPU's should I consider TR 1900x over 3700x the TR of course has 64 lanes while the Ryzen has just 24?
