I have a rockstar account thats the one i am logging in with     the thing in the top right hand corner is for a new account and it just keeps coming up with error response received from epic

The games should be available offline to play. I hate the new launcher. It now takes an extra minute to start playing, when it does work.

There is no reason why we shouldn't be able to play GTA offline.
