Radiator brands?

is the any dedicated user or you-tuber who reviews radiators? I know like I need 2 360mm 30mm-45mm one in push pull and one in push but the doesn't really seem to be a tier list or review of the brands? is the no real wrong choices as long as it isnt thermal take for the whole stealing design thing?

In the 30 mm category HWLabs GTS series is best, and 45 mm there are a few good options including EKWB PE series
