Guys I am using an APU system for now, and I just realized my RAM's are in 3rd and 4th slot - had to re-seat one of them to second or first.

Okay, I did but.. after all, it wasnt a huge boost in performance - I get the fps I had to get when I overclock to 3.85GHz, and 1650MHz iGPU.

Anyway, after re-seating my RAM.. uhh sounds weird but, before steam was opening in a milisec - im using 970 evo ssd - but now when I click it it takes more than a few seconds even when I'm already logged in.

Chrome seems just a bit slow, and others are all normal.

What can cause this weird.. latency??

What prompted you to move your RAM sticks around in the first place?

Different motherboards use different slots for dual channel RAM configuration. Are you sure you're using the correct ones?

Use something like CPU-Z to verify that you're running in dual channel. Example screen shot from my system.

It's running dual channel, I overclocked to get the performance I always had to get from a normal Ryzen 3 3200G.

Does overclocking a bit damage my computer? Temperatures are all normal.

Overclocked CPU or RAM? You're not likely to damage anything as long as you don't throw insane voltage at it (which motherboard should protect against) and temps are normal.

Remove the overclock and see if you're performance issues go away.

Noo it was like that even when I had no overclock too.

Okay, if it's not overclocks and you've confirmed the RAM is seated correctly and running in dual-channel... Does Task Manager show any processes with high CPU/GPU usage when the lag occurs?

There once was WebHelper virus, with very high CPU usage, I deleted it now, seems normal.

Seems normal when I overclock it only..
