Hi

Will Just lay out my specs first:

Intel i7 8700K & 32 GB ram 3200 MHz

Asus Motherboard (Z370-E or something like that) & GeForce 1060 6gb & m2. SSD from samsung (860?) + HDD

I upgraded my ram recently when I experienced that 8 GB wouldnt cut it, so I Just got 4 New ram sticks. After those were installed, I saw that my Motherboard Supported UP to 4000mhz but my processor only Supported UP to 2666 m/s (or some other weird designation). I was told that I had to OC my CPU and have a xmp profil on to get the 3200 MHz I had paid for so I did. I used Asus AI tweaker to improve the stats of my CPU and in the desktop manager it went from 3200 (in performance) to 2133mhz (reason for the oc Even tho the desktop manager Said 3200 was caus I thought it was wrong). I set it BACK to default.

And now the problems started. I feel like my pc boots much slower, Many programs become unresponsive and that makes my pc really slow (according to desktop manager the program that doesnt respond uses 100% of my CPU)

This happends alot.

I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions to what the issue could be.

I was thinking since I suddently got 1 extra fan and 3 more ram bricks that the PSU is to small but...i dont know

I have tried:

Running intels processor diagnostic took and it says everything is fine

The temperature according to hwmonitor is also fine (max 60 at high workloads)

I tried using the Windows diagnostic Memory took but it took like 8 hours on the advanced option so I quit the diagnostic.
