BSOD problem

My friends computer is having a problem where apon boot it BSOD's, and will not make it into safe mode. The last file to load up is classpnp.sys. It is not a hardware problem as his HDD boots just fine (still has the migrated copy of windows on the hdd). We have tryed startup repair. 

 

I hope the solution is not a fresh install. Please help.

Solved. Copied system files from working partition to ssd. booted and ran sfc /scannow.
