I have a Dell XPS 13 9365 2-in-1(2017) and I am think of upgrading to the new XPS (2020). Should I upgrade now or should I wait another year.

any particular reason you want to? if the laptop is working fine i would wait longer if the upgrade isnt necessary (e.g its not working or faulty) then theres no point spending extra  money.

I was just wondering because I get about 2 hours of battery life.

Have you considered that it might be because of some sort of defective battery or installed software? I would try backing up the system and re-installing Windows to see if that fixes the problem.
