I have a cooler master 690 ii advanced tower

I have a 140mm fan at the front sucking in air and another 140mm fan sucking in air from the buttom.

At the back i have a 120mm fan blowing out air and i have the h100x's rad with 2 120s blowing out air at the top.

Is that a good airflow?
