High end PC performance drop HELP PLEASE :D

Hi guys i really need help! i have a pretty beefy PC 2080ti with i9900k and 32gb ram! and this last few weeks i have had a massive performance hit! for example! playing counter strike global offensive on dust2 i use to get well over 200 fps! now im sitting around 55-90 fps! thats very low for my pc specs. i have tried most of the basics like formatting entire pc and checking all the drivers are up to date and still nothing! please help me im really frustrated at spending a decent amount of money and this happens! any help would be amazing :D!!!! any additional info you want me to do just ask so you can help me fix this problem:(  added my basic pc spec list in a picture just in case!

Run a GPU Benchmark and check the result with similar Specs.

What are your temperatures during gameplay?
