Upgrade soon or wait?

Budget (including currency): $1000

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Game and stream (1440p) and blender

My current rig is 4790k, 16g ddr3, 980oc. It's been a while since I added to my rig and it's starting to feel it's age. I really want to get back into streaming for my friends. I would eventually want to get an ultrawide 1440p with one of my old 1080p monitors. Should I go for the ryzen 3700x and 2070 super. Or should I wait for next gen ryzen and 3000 series Nvidia? I need to save up a little bit.
