Nobody replied? OMG G HUB is giving me so much grief and I have send xxx tons of feedback to them and nothing happens. 

I am about to throw the keyboard out of the window.  

G HUB IS SOOOOO BAD !!!

For a while I though I was alone. Sure my set-up is little unconventional as I have my peripherals connected to my monitor and thru thunderbolt to a macbook pro but my problems are the same. I just bought g502 lighspeed and a g512 keyboard, I love the hardware and even the software interface is great but, and it's a huge but, they keep falling out of sync, freezing light animations at which point I have to unplugg and replug them and sometimes even rebooting to get them to work again, by then my presets are gone and I have to reconfigure them all over again. This is annoying me to the point where I'm thinking of just returning the items if I still can. Logitech has managed to do the hard parts of creating great hardware and software and then somehow manages to ruin the whole thing thru some sort of stupid minor detail, what a shame
