Windows cannot boot after turning on fast boot in bios

I was looking through my bios on my asrock b450 motherboard and found an option called "ultra fast boot"

So i enabled the option and now windows fails to repair itself saying that the log file is SrtTrail.txt

I have tried resetting cmos batterry and re seating ram but none of those fixed that

Even after disabling it, it cannot boot

you can try a clean install of windows, or repairing it with the windows media tool and a USB disk. Thats if you have another pc to download onto the USB with
