So I'm having problems daisy-chaining the pre-installed LED strip that comes with the NZXT h10 elite case. I connected the strip into one of the channels of the Smart Device V2. I noticed a random short 4-pin connector that's at the top of the case, which I assume is the built-in LED strip which is for connecting more LED strips. I recently bought the NZXT underglow kit and connected it with the built-in stirp via 4-pin connector. However, when I did that, only the built-in LED strips turned on.

To test the underglow strips, I disconnected the built-in one and connected the underglow to the Smart Device controller. As a result, the underglow strips turned on and worked perfectly. So do you think there might be a problem with the 4-pin connectors?
