Overall lag

So about 2 weeks ago I built a new rig, this powerhouse ran amazing, last night while watching Luke stream, his voice started breaking up, my mouse started lagging, and became all jumpy, when I listened to music and what not same sound issue, and today I turned it on the mouse is still leggy and jumpy, and stuff sounds robotic, can anyone explain this?

Also web pages take longer to load, my phone and tablet load the same pages much much faster.

I'm running a 4770k with 16gb ram, 780 it, the hard ware shouldn't be running this bad.

I'd bet the internet connection might explain those issues except for the mouse lag.
what's your internet speed? is there anyone else on your network that could be hogging your bandwidth (torrenting, streaming, etc)?

Upgraded yesterday from 20/5 Mbps to 50/10, and my phone and tablet are faster on browsing the internet then my top spec PC right now, not the internet.

500gn samsung 840 evo boot with all programs, and 3tb segate for mass storage.

Kaspersky found a virus, and seems like malware bytes found something, waiting for scans to complete, thank you for the tip hopefully it will be fixed.

Had over 200 issues, all resolved now, PC working great again thank you very much for the help.
