Help regarding pc building

Hi guys! I hope you could help me in creating a budget build pc. I want to build it on my own. Here in Philippines, PC parts is soo expensive and to be honest I'm tight in my budget. I want it to be at least playable  with some modern games and stuff.

How about used parts? Case, processor, mobo if it works, gpu from gtx600 series and gpu form hd7000 series. Ram can be used too, but test it. 4gb is enough

For extreme budget, used apu and fm2 mobo.
