Motherboard issues

Hello guys I upgraded my ram 5 days ago to vagrance by corsair and ever since my pc wont start it gives me a audible error 1:3 I've bought new ram and a new motherboard  and it's still giving me the error.

The only things that haven't changed is my psu HHD'S &SSD and my gpu wich I tried taking out in case it was that.

I don’t know what an audible error 1:3 means.  Does SSD means you haven’t checked for software issues? Bioses and bioses and such would be a place to look.

1:3 means 1 long 3 short ssd is solid state drive  and I cant get into my bios because my pc wont show anything on the screen
