Hello,

I've recently had to wipe my SSD and reinstall windows. When installing the driver for my graphics card, my screen goes black as if the driver isn't working properly. When I boot into safe mode my computer works properly. I've tried re-seating all of my hardware, and tried the latest two versions of the AMD drivers. Below are what I'm working with.

AMD fx6350

Asrock 970 pro3

AMD RX 560x

Please help

Thank you,

Re install using DDU? I tried uninstalling them using DDU and downloading AMD drivers from AMD's website, and I had the same issue happen. As soon as the graphics drivers were applied I got a flicker of black and then straight to black.

Try uninstalling with DDU and go back to a previous version driver - you can find a number of previous versions here. https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-580

To narrow it down 1st try the oldest driver on that page... if it works then try one of the more recent drivers avoiding the new one that does not work until you find the newest driver that works with your card.
