HELP ME PLEASE

My battery stops charging for a second and keeps charging for another 4-5 seconds. This usually happens when i'm playing any game. It keeps happening even after i close the game. It's plugged in but the battery level keep getting low. I checked Dell Power Manager and it shows excellent battery health. My adapter is completely fine as well. Due to this problem some games cant be played at all bcoz when the battery stops charging, it causes severe fps drops. I was having power limit throttling issues so i turned off the intel turbo boost but it didn't work. After I turned off intel turbo boost, my temps don't go above 75c but it is still having power limit throttling issues.

CPU: Core i7 8750h

What happens when you remove the battery and run the laptop while plugged in?

 

It should still boot without the battery.

 

Try running a few games without the battery. If you don't have any problems you probably need a new battery. Considering its dell a new battery shouldn't be too expensive.
