First time PC build

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Overwatch, Fallen Order, The Last of Us on PS Now, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, The Witcher 3 (doesn't have to look incredible), Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Battlefront 2. Would also like to comfortably run Adobe After Effects

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I know I want to use a Ryzen 5, either 3600 or 2600 but I'm open to whatever people have to suggest. I want to use at least a 1080p display and play at least 120hz refresh rate. Will wait until at least 2021 when part prices start going down to purchase
