Building new rig

Budget (including currency): 3500 aud

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: most fps games, siege, valorant etc

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): preferably AMD ryzen, just want a good build. The PC will be used a lot so need stuff that can handle a lot of use

This should also give you a good upgrade path in the future. You could skip the CPU cooler - the stock cooler of the CPU is decent unless you plan to heavily OC. With the money saved a Gigabyte 3-fan GPU would be a potentially quieter card if that is a concern to you.

You could also just get a B450 board, but with the recent announcement that Ryzen 4000 will not be supported on B450 I think a X570 board would be the better choice with this kind of budget - but it's another way to save some dollary-doos.

The case choice is obviously very subjective. You could get a Meshify C, 275R Airflow etc. Just make sure it's not closed off on all sides with glass/solid panels. Mesh front is preferable for better airflow.
