Budget (including currency): $1200

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mainly competitive games (cod apex and the like) with some single player thrown in.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): need monitor (preferably 1440p) and keyboard.

I'd like to have RTX as well if that is somehow able to fit in the budget.

And if you want to save money get a B450 Pro Max motherboard, No harddrive, only NVME SSD storage, like a Intel 660p 1TB. You don't need to buy a CPU cooler aswell, as that's included, unless you plan on overclocking.

You can change the graphivs card to fit your price. You get most value vs performance with a 5700XT.

The price of the list you sent is well above 1200 and doesnt include the peripherals either I dont think.
