Windows 10 boot loop

I felt that I had to many programs and applications on my pc so I reset my windows 10 after resetting I got stuck in a loop of my pc trying to restart windows it gets to 80% restarts itself and begins the process again I’ve read around a bit but still can’t seem to find a solution now I’m hoping the solution can find me thanks
