Recently I purchased 2 kits of DDR4-3200 8GBx2 of TridentZ RGB ram and only two are showing up in the bios in slots B1 and B2. When I turn on the system, I get a error message that reads “memory training error at socket 0 channel 1 dimm 0 and dimm 1” I have tried to change the xmp setting and updating the BIOS, but have had no success.

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x

Motherboard: Asrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4

Ram: two sets of DDR4-3200 8GBx2

Are you able to run slower speeds like 3000 or 2933?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Try booting with each sick individually, along with testing each of the fours slot individually. This will help eliminate the chances of it being bad memory or a defective motherboard.
